| Desane is a significant Sydney based commercial and industrial property landlord and will continue to increase its property holdings. The Company currently owns $42.8 million of properties and other assets and manages an additional $18.8 million of industrial properties in the Sydney metropolitan area through joint venture agreements. The Company’s medium-term objective is to continue to increase its commercial and industrial property holdings, which will be leased to strong long-term tenants.
