Desane is a significant Sydney based commercial and industrial property landlord and will continue to increase its property holdings. The Company currently owns $44.6 million of properties and other assets and manages an additional $20.5 million of industrial properties in the Sydney metropolitan area through joint venture agreements.

The Company’s medium-term objective is to continue to increase its commercial and industrial property holdings, which will be leased to strong long-term tenants.

The recurring rental income from the Group’s commercial and industrial property investments will ensure that future profit results are maintained and improved.
